We grow Grüner Veltliner on half of our twenty-five hectares. One third of the poorest and steepest sites is planted to Riesling, which is the only crop that can take advantage of these extreme conditions, and indeed including yielding the finest Trockenbeerenauslese.
Small quantities of Gelber Muskateller, Traminer, Chardonnay and a bit of red wine fill out our portfolio.
